This is a point in Amy's life that is vital to who she is, it's is the point where she finally accepts she's grown bored of Nick. (Amy will not remember that she's begun to carry out this plan, she'll only remember that she's in the planning stages of it. I think this will be an interesting angle to play with given the items that she shows up in Wayward Pines with.)

+ She lived in Manhattan.
( This is where Amy was the happiest with Nick, where she was a writer and where she was the most secure. Not only in her life, but in her relationship as well. Nick's cheating is such a large motivator for Amy that she needs to remember both the bad times with him as well as the good. )

+ Magazine Writer
( Hand in hand with her Manhattan memories is that she wrote personality quizzes for magazines)

+ Amazing Amy (especially the party for Amazing Amy's wedding)
( The series that mirrors her childhood -- with the exception that for every little mistake she makes, Amazing Amy does the right thing. It's been the main source of Amy's insecurity since she was a little girl. It's the reason that Amy strives to go above and beyond with everything that she does.)
